item is covered by my U.S. 90 day
Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects in
materials and workmanship. It does not cover user mishandling or
improper use of the unit. All units returned for Warranty Service
will be inspected for improper use or user damage and will be repaired
or replaced at our option.
To qualify for this warranty, your
unit must be registered. eBay purchases will automatically be registered
when positive feedback is left on your transaction. Direct mail order purchases
can register by simply emailing me to confirm satisfactory receipt of product.
Sorry, eBay purchases will not qualify for any warranty if feedback, is
not left. This is the only way I can record the date you received the light
and confirm it was in good working order and condition on receipt.
There
will be a $14.95
return S&H fee on warranty service.
All
units must be returned to me post paid after a return authorization has
been issued.
Bulbs are warrented 2 years under the bulb manufacturers warranty. I will
be happy to help you with bulb warranty issues, should a bulb prove to
be defective. I do not warrant bulbs unless the unit has proved to be defective
and has blown the bulb .
Sorry
I cannot offer a warranty to international customers due
to voltage issues and the cost to ship the unit back and
forth for servicing. Any international customers must buy
these at their own risk as ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL
Extended Warranty
Plan:
You
may purchase my extended 1 year warranty at a cost of only $14.95
within the first 30 days of your original purchase. The warranty
will extend your 90 day warranty a full year. US customers only.
Return shipping and handling fees will apply on all necessary
repairs. Extended warranty covers parts and labor to lights and
bulbs.
Out
of Warranty Service:
Service
is available to customers who have lights out of warranty at
a flat cost of $29.95 plus $14.95 for shipping and handling.
You light will be brought up to factory specs and any parts that
are defective will be replaced including the bulb. Please email
me for a return authorization and include an explanation
of your problem.
Return
of Light :
Your light will be carefully packed in a double box to assure safe delivery.
As such, I do not guarantee against shippers mishandling of the parcel
or bulb breakage, if you are concerned about this, I suggest you take optional
insurance. See my FAQ's to see how to
