get tagged into their pin-sockets from this heating that leads to breakage

These lights are a
Full
Spectrum Fluorex HO (HIGH OUTPUT) light
will deliver powerful, blue/white 6500K illumination for your
aquariums, ponds, plants. This light is the perfect light to
grow plants, coral (hard or soft) and maintain a healthy tropical
or marine aquarium.
Note:
Do Not Confuse These With Common Compact Fluorescent's,
they may look the same, but they are not the same.
The lamp is a 65 watt compact fluorescent lamp, rated
to deliver 4550 brightness lumens (70 Lumens Per Watt) and is 6500
degrees Kelvin (same as sunlight at noon in the tropics).
It has an expected lifetime of 10,000 hours, so you don't have to worry
about changing it for years. Has a high CRI (approximately 84 CRI - Color
Rendering Index) and will encourage vigorous grow on
